Minori, a small town in the Amalfi Coast, where in 1908 the De Riso family began to produce delicious ice creams and lemon granites. In 1989, the son Salvatore, that was already a famous chef, opened the bakery De Riso on the Minori seafront as well as an artisanal workshop in Tramonti. In few years, his pastry became one among the most important and well-known ones located in Salerno province. Salvatore quickly became one of the most famous Italian pastry makers thanks to many awards and international prizes won over time.
