“RAW HAM CULATELLO”
The culatello of the prosciutto factory Ciarcia is a very well-known product obtained from adult Italian pigs, exclusively Italian, raised and bred following traditional methods. When cut, it is slim, red in color with white streaks of fat.
It is produced in limited quantities, using Italian marine salt as only preservative, and it is naturally aged for at least 14 months.
