– specify the information that is incorrect and what it should be replaced with.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to our agreement with you has no right under the United Kingdom Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of the said agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

If we terminate your access to the Site you will not have the right to bring claims against us or our affiliates with respect to such termination.
